What we collect

• What you type into our forms: name, work email, company, role, ERP, phone (optional), order volume and any message.
• Basic usage data: if analytics is enabled, page views and clicks on key buttons, without cookies and without identifying you personally.

How we use it

• To reply to you and set up the accuracy report or call you asked for.
• To understand which parts of the site are useful.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it for us

The site is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are delivered by email through our email provider. Calls you book go through Calendly, under Calendly's own privacy policy.

Purchase orders and customer data

We never ask for purchase orders through this website. Before you send us any orders, we sign an NDA and a data processing agreement with you, and those agreements govern that data.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions while we are in contact with you, and delete them on request.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [email protected].
